Service Description: This basemap is a cartographic representation of LA County, with rich colors for providing basemaps for online maps. This is used in the LA County Roads - My Streets AGOL application. The City Labels - Polygon layer used the POPULATION column, which was all null, meaning the layer showed nothing. The POPULATION column was used in the label sizing definition, but now the label sizing is set to be uniform in case these labels are shown in the future. Currently, other city labels are shown on the map already, so the layer was turned off.
